Responsibilities You will have exposure and the opportunity to broaden your skills through impactful work, mentored relationships, and will gain real world exposure to different disciplines on Smithfield's Retail Sales team. Know the existing branded offerings and stay updated on oncoming innovation. Take all internal and external selling opportunities as chances to continue to build both our sales results and sales potential. Understand monthly trade execution plans, and utilize to help identify and pursue incremental opportunities. Help set up and stage new items for entry into sales cycles. Learn basic tools for forecasting incremental volume and ensuring promotional allowances are covered for sales operations. Create formal proposals and presentations to various levels of management.
