Questions Under direct supervision serves as lead worker and relief
shift charge to lower level Mental Health Technicians for assigned
living area and shift. Provides physical support with personal care
services to individuals; conducts individual and group programs;
verifies resident safety through monitoring and supervision; teaches and
directs individuals in the maintenance of a clean, safe and secure
environment. Ensures for compliance with Illinois Department of Public
Health requirements when performing duties. Minimum Requirements:
Requires knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to completion
of high school. Requires successful completion of an approved training
program and one year experience in or applicable to the care, treatment
and habilitation of individuals with mental illness or developmental
