This position is located at Orange Correctional Center, Hillsborough, NC, Orange County. Provide supervision for subordinate staff. Conduct Shift Line-up, make shift assignments and inspect all personnel to ensure fit for duty. Review and maintain time report, duty rosters, leave schedules. Complete performance evaluation and administrative forms. Applicant must have passed the Sergeant's Promotional Examination within the past five (5) years. Necessary Special Qualifications: Must be eligible for certification by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education & Training Standards Commission.
