The intern will be responsible for learning the MaxOutreach system. They will be tasked with building a process to grow the number of organizations in the database, clean up inactive organizations, and recommend long-term processes to expand the database.

MaxOutreach is Maximus’ recruiting and outreach solution which allows employers to reach applicants that match an organization's specific hiring needs via a nationwide database of community-based organizations.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Coordinate with business management to determine research objectives

• Deliver frequent project updates

• Develop and direct given research assignments

• Design surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. specific to research requirements

• Organize and maintain research databases

• Compile and organize findings in graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams

• Document, report, and present research findings to management

College student with Microsoft Office software experience needed. Excellent email and phone customer service skills. Also resourceful internet research experience is a plus. Rising senior preferred.
