    Description & Requirements

    We are currently seeking qualified and motivated professionals interested in joining our team in support of an upcoming federal contract (pending award). This position will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our government client and will be contingent upon contract award.

    As part of this project, you will support a federally funded initiative that provides essential medical readiness services-such as exams, screenings, dental care and preventive care to individuals in remote or underserved areas. Services are delivered through a network of providers and mobile teams, with remote coordination and scheduling. The program ensures consistent access to care across dispersed populations and contributes to broader public service goals.

    The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of training activities for internal staff, providers, and subcontractors. This role partners closely with the Training Manager to manage training schedules, maintain learning records, support Learning Management System (LMS) activities, and ensure training readiness, compliance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This is a remote position.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Coordinate logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations.
    - Determine resource readiness for courses, including materials, training room, technology, and collection and entry of training data.
    - Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
    - Provide production floor support and answer questions.

    - Create and manage training attendance and participation rosters for virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions for internal staff providers, and subcontractors.

    - Manage and maintain project training materials and programs in Maximus’ Learning Management Systems (LMS), including uploading course content, assigning learning transcripts, tracking and reporting on completion and assessment results. Manage annual project compliance and recertification training assignment, tracking, reporting, and documentation.

    - Collaborate with Training Manager and trainers to follow up on incomplete training, support rescheduling needs, and assist with late completions.

    - Provide ongoing initial troubleshooting support for system access issues, ensuring timely tracking, reporting, and documentation.

    Minimum Requirements

    - High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience.

    - Bachelor's degree preferred.
    - May have additional training or education in area of specialization.

    - Two (2) years minimum of experience administering and managing content in a Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Experience with Cornerstone preferred.

    - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel (reporting, filtering, sorting, formulas).

    - Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

    For positions on this contract, Maximus will pay the prevailing wage rate for the location in which the employee is working, as determined by the Department of Labor. That wage rate will vary depending on locality. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation.
