Vision: INL will change the world's energy future and secure our critical infrastructure_._ * * * Responsibilities Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a Staffing Consultant/Sourcing Agent in the Talent Acquisition organization. In this role, the Staffing Consultant (SC) is responsible for performing HR- related staffing duties; consulting with line management at all levels to provide HR guidance and ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations. In this position, you will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: job analyses, hiring, interviewing, compensation analyses, completing qualification analyses, job classification leveling, recruitment/employment, FLSA, and employment law compliance. You will also be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs while maintaining high standards for all functions associated with the staffing function (i.e. compensation offer development, job description development, qualifying candidates against job requirements, leveling of position descriptions,diversity reviews). In this critical role, the SC must effectively collaborate with other organizations including Compensation, HRIT, Benefits, Payroll and HR Business Partners to deliver a high quality experience for managers and candidates. You will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process and dealing with people both in person and via phone. You will also be responsible to review and level jobs, post jobs, and manage the candidate flow of each job from job posting date to hire date. Additional responsibilities will involve sourcing and recruiting for highly qualified technical, engineering, and manager level resources. * * * MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree plus 2 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree plus 1 years relevant experience. Prior experience in a staffing/recruiting role is required. Knowledge of, and experience with, federal and state laws regarding employment practices is required.
