Position Summary
The Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Strategy to play a pivotal role in shaping the newly formed Strategy division. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this position will lead the creation and ongoing refinement of an innovative in-house agency model, drive strategic planning, and ensure effective execution of critical initiatives, particularly those focused on 2026 activations. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a track record of driving non-aeronautical revenue growth, improving stakeholder satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation and agility.
