Position Duties/Responsibilities
Personnel selected for these positions will help manage and maintain Department of Defense facilities in the National Capital Region. Responsibilities vary by role but may include:
Overseeing or supporting facility maintenance, inspections, repairs, and infrastructure upgrades
Ensuring safety compliance, reliability, and energy efficiency of complex building systems
Providing expert analysis, planning, and implementation of space and resource utilization
Conducting quality assurance, project oversight, and logistics coordination
Delivering technical support across engineering, IT, trades, and administrative functions
Operating or repairing mechanical, electrical, or utility systems
Supporting program and budget analysis, production control, or administrative services
