    JOB SUMMARY

    Xator Corporation seeks a Field Support Representative (FSR) capable of executing supply chain, logistics, and procurement activities. The individual must possess a working knowledge of Government logistics and supply operations including acquisition of technical security equipment, property management and accountability, order and shipment tracking, and asset management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Respond to inquiries from the field pertaining to general purchase requisition and order fulfillment status, shipping estimates and updates, and procurement catalog research using Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and the Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS). 
    • Leverage Supply Chain Visibility Report that is responsible for procurement, financial, inventory, warehouse management, and transportation management application and solutions to drive data to the end user. 
    • Collect, track and analyze critical logistics metrics (MTBF/MTTR) and conduct trend analysis.
    • Provide online and onsite compliance, competency, process and systems training to optimize performance and adherence of government logistics operations.
    • Perform analysis on inventory usage to determine appropriate regional and site stocking levels and/or repositioning of inventory to drive long-term efficiency over the life of the contract. 
    • Serve as point of contact to OCONUS staff to help expedite the fulfillment of emergency life-safety orders, identify and mitigate shipment delays, and provide real time updates throughout the procurement cycle.
    • Special travel to CONUS and OCONUS State Department facilities to provide training and physical inventory surge support.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
    • Experience in CMMS & ILMS highly preferred
    • One to three years of experience in supply chain, logistics and procurement

     

    SPECIALIZED SKILL REQUIREMENTS

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a rapport and professional working relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and adhere to tight schedules.
    • Ability to travel up to 60%.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Occasional lifting of objects 50-80 pounds such as boxes and shipping crates.
    • Domestic assignments are frequently performed in an office environment. OCONUS assignments are frequently performed in both internal and external environments with a variety of weather conditions.

     

    SECURITY CLEARANCE

    Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a minimum Secret level clearance. Requirements include US citizenship to be subject to a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
