  • Responsibilities

    Responsible for cleaning & servicing COMO Shambhala Urban Escape areas & complete the day’s work assigned to high standards within the stipulated standard operating procedures.

    Required Skills

    • Plan & organize daily work according to the CSUE area cleaning schedules to ensure all work gets done in a timely manner
    • Attend to spring cleaning from time to time according to the schedule to ensure all areas are maintained to very high standards.
    • Complete all daily work sheets accurately & in a timely manner
    • Make adjustments to the standard schedules in consultation with the supervisor to suit weather/scheduled treatments and other spa activities
    • Clean and restock section pantries before going off duty.
    • To be responsible for filling cleaning materials from the pantry & keep cleaning bucket fully stocked before service.
    • To be vigilant and security conscious.
    • To report maintenance faults in hotel areas and hallways & ensure they are attended to without delay. Report to Supervisor any defect not rectified well & on time.
    • To have good knowledge of all equipment & chemicals used in cleaning
    • To ensure all public are bathrooms supply of soap, amenities and other materials are sufficient.
    • Report on lost & found items found in the public areas of the spa.
    • Be cautious about usage of chemicals to avoid damages to self & use them sparingly to minimize expenses, observe occupational health and safety regulations.
    • Assist in conducting linen inventory.
    • To be able to maintain effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.
