    Major Duties

    • Developing, reviewing, evaluating, implementing, and coordinating policies and procedures regarding G-Invoicing and its impact upon DLA’s O2C and P2P business cycles.
    • Supporting the execution of the J8G Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) for the G-Invoicing program implementation and sustainment.
    • Working with stakeholders across the agency to ensure actions are identified and accomplished according to plan.
    • Supporting the implementation of a detailed change management plan related to training, documentation, implementation, and communication of DLA’s G-Invoicing Program.
    • Conducting reviews and analysis of audit findings to determine root cause and developing Corrective Action Plans to remediate the audit findings.
    • Conducting requirements definition meetings, acceptance testing, training, and implementation of G-Invoicing Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and systems operated at DLA.

    Qualification Summary

    To qualify for a Financial Service Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Participation in teams and working with subject matter experts to effect organizational change within an agency. Utilizing ERP to work in the order to cash (O2C), procure to pay (P2P), or record to report (R2R) business cycles. Managing programs and/or projects (including change management and communication plan components). Applying G-Invoicing related policy, regulations, and procedures issued by US Treasury, and the Department of Defense. Remediating audit findings including conducting root cause analysis, managing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). Creating effective presentations and presenting program performance to leadership Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
