Major Duties

• In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery.
• In accordance with customer’s orders, processes and organizes food, arranges garnishes, checks for appearance, quality and quantity and ensures proper presentation in accordance with set standards.
• Responsible for cleaning of dining area, to include but not limited to wiping tables, chairs, emptying the trash, and vacuuming.
• May provide work guidance to other staff.
• Operates a cash register.

Qualification Summary

Qualifications: Candidates must: 1. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. 2. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages. 3. Have the ability to follow oral and written instructions in English and possess basic math skills. (Please note this position does not require the mixing and/or serving of alcoholic beverages.) This position is a Flexible (Flex) position and there are 0 guaranteed hours per week. Flex employees are not entitled to leave or benefits however; there is no upper limit to the number of hours a flexible employee may work (subject to overtime obligation and work scheduling requirements).
