    Major Duties

    • Serves as the DLA Distribution Support Agreements Manager (SAM) responsible for the oversight and overall management of the DLA Distribution Support Agreements Program
    • Administer oversight for the DLA Agreements Program which is an enterprise-wide program
    • The SAM adapts, develops, coordinates, and implements DLA Agreements procedures to comply with DOD Guidance and other regulations
    • Identify, assess, and resolves program deficiencies, develops program plans, and performs actions necessary to establish, manage, and sustain an effective agreements program
    • Implement an internal tracking system of internal controls
    • Perform agreement review, agreement termination, and agreement maintenance
    • Conducts agreement reviews by organization, documents the results or reviews, and prepares reports for management
    • Review complex economic analysis determining agreement reimbursement for new agreements and existing agreements in their new phase
    • Collaborates with various personnel to ensure proper status reporting, develops and makes recommendations for new metrics

    Qualification Summary

    To qualify for a Management Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: -Prepare, develop, negotiate, coordinate and administer and monitor agreements. -Knowledge of organization, missions and functions to identify support requirements. -Plan, schedule and conduct projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effective and efficiency of work operations in a program and work setting. -Perform analytical and evaluative work in order to develop and execute phases of operating program. -Design, develop, and adapt statistical methods and techniques to analyze management and program problems. -Conduct agency operations research and budget analysis studies. -Initiate new areas of study and recommend areas needing further study Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
