    Major Duties

    • Serves as a senior analyst in the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Digital and Artificial Intelligence Business Office (DABO).
    • Provides program management and oversight for DLAs enterprise data and analytics capabilities, enterprise data governance and management, and information governance and compliance.
    • Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer's (CDAO) lines of efforts, ensuring compliance with overarching directives and guidance.
    • Serves as a senior project manager, researcher, and expert advisor on special studies, relating to the comprehensive administrative management of the CDAO.
    • Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the policies and processes supporting the CDAOs lines of effort (information governance and compliance, enterprise data management, analytics, data standards, AI, and data architecture).

    Qualification Summary

    To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must include: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in- grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Develops policy for implementation, strategic plans, and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) that overall affect the management and execution of CDAO lines of effort. Leads cross-functional IPTs for planning and execution of strategic programs. Plans, manages, and conducts studies, surveys, or related efforts associated with the development of policies, goals, and new objectives for the comprehensive management of the CDAO. Initiates, plans, develops, analyzes, evaluates, and implements short-range and long-range strategies and initiatives aligned with assigned programs. Recommends strategies to improve CDAO capabilities and services in diverse areas regarding comprehensive administrative programs. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
