    Major Duties

    • Serves as the lead functional expert on Real Property (RP) programs and their application within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
    • Serves as the primary functional expert, translating program needs and issue resolutions into clear requirements for technical support teams to implement.
    • Evaluates the effectiveness of the SAP system in supporting program goals by analyzing system-generated data and user feedback, providing expert recommendations to management on business process improvements.
    • Researches and recommends new or improved business and management practices.
    • Leads and participates in business standardization initiatives and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in RP systems and processes.
    • Develops and gathers contract requirements, administers service contracts, and establishes and oversees Quality Control/Quality Assessment (QC/QA) processes.
    • Develops, revises, and maintains agency policies, instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and training materials related to RP systems and processes.

    Qualification Summary

    To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst (Real Property), your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: The ability to communicate between stakeholders and IT departments translating business needs into functional specifications. Expert knowledge of Real Property programs and the application of the SAP S/4HANA environments Strategically set program goals to support the agencies ability to manage it facilities and infrastructure assets The ability to communicate between stakeholders and IT departments translating business needs into functional specifications. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
