    Major Duties

    • Serves as DLA Distribution Government Purchase Card Program Coordinator.
    • Provides guidance on the use of GCPC, while approving changes increasing dollar limitations and issuance of purchase cards.
    • Evaluates and compiles delinquency reports for unpaid accounts.
    • Audits cardholder and billing officials' files to ensure compliance with GPCP regulations, policy and procedures.
    • Communicates with other DLA Offices to ensure effective management of the GPCP.
    • Develops and maintains written policies and implementation of the DLA Distribution GPCP based on the direction and guidance of the DLA CPM.
    • Represents DLA Distribution at Command briefings, planning sessions involving DLA GPCP related efforts, and outside conferences. Represents DLA Distribution at program meetings, briefings, and symposiums involving government and industry personnel.

    Qualification Summary

    To qualify for a Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Effectively communicate GPCP policies and procedures and ensure program compliance Provides supply support to management and acquisition personnel Prepares written guidance and expresses ability to present and discuss problems and resolutions Skill in using acquisition (supply, financial or procurement) systems or databases to produce reports andperform research and analysis Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
