    Major Duties

    • Responsible for managing, planning, facilitating, integrating, and developing innovative approaches for integrating Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) operational processes, oversight and reporting into technologically based platforms.
    • Develops comprehensive assessment and evaluation criteria to systemically measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of programs/projects to which assigned.
    • Identifies future requirements for FMWR programs/projects and develops plans to meet future needs. Applies advanced techniques to interpret meaning and evaluate findings. Develops detailed plans for implementing long and short range goals.
    • Participates in the development of reporting requirements for the preparation, collection, justification and submission of programming and financial data.
    • Serves as representative on projects and in working groups for the Directorate. Identifies issues and proposes solutions, develops timelines and applies criteria for measuring success for FMWR programs. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualification Summary

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Knowledge of FMWR Programs, missions and policies. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management and leadership. Skill in oral and written communications to include the development and delivery of presentations and and reports. Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and Access. Experience using analytical methods and techniques related to the development of evaluation/assessment tools. Ability to identify, analyze and develop courses of action and recommendations for resolving management and administrative problems. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Demonstrated strong analytical expertise through financial assessments and/or supporting high-impact strategic initiatives that improved organizational performance. Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools. Minimum 5 Years of FMWR experience. Applicants meeting the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred first to the Selecting Official. All other applicants may be referred for consideration at managements request.
