    Major Duties

    • Responsible for operational oversight of the Process Management Team members.
    • Ensure proper resources and mechanisms are in place to support the development and maintenance of Technical and Quality Fulfillment policies, business rules, system enhancements, and training.
    • Manages the analyses of Technical and Quality process issues by formulating recommendations, execution of actions, and monitoring results.
    • Manages development of appropriate business decisions and the execution of actions that have a cross-process or cross-site impact.
    • Collaborates with the Technical and Quality community and across business processes both within the site and across the enterprise in directing the development of new or revised procedures and/or systems changes to meet identified requirements.
    • Directs the design and execution of training on new ways of doing business.
    • Serves as the expert functional consultant in a disciplined and integrated management approach to performing supply management business.

    Qualification Summary

    To qualify for a Supervisory Technical and Quality Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Directs, coordinates, reviews and approves the work products produced by personnel in a variety of occupational specialties Exercises authority for planning, directing and reviewing major business modernization processes and initiatives Contributes to the improvement of productivity, effectiveness and efficiency in program operations Development, documentation, and operation of both internal processes and administrative controls. Ability to apply analytical principles and techniques Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
