    • Negotiates complex business rules with Components and other trading partners for DLMS-based technology standards to include uniform policies, procedures, time standards, transaction sets, forms, and data management
    • Reviews, coordinates, and develops related policies and procedures that support acquisition and sustainment, as well as internal controls that facilitate auditability, as a DoD Supply Chain Management System functional subject matter process expert.
    • Acts as liaison and advisor to the USD(AandS) and USD(C), Defense Automatic Addressing System (DAAS), and Federal Logistics Information Service (FLIS).
    • Engages with contract entities and other trading partners such as General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and the Coast Guard.

    Qualification Summary

    A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position.To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after- competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Supporting design of DoD Component or agency business rules and development of processes associated with Component or agency priorities Providing recommendations and/or strategic information to decision makers on systems and business rules design to support long range strategies, business transformation and modernization efforts, and auditability. Supports the design, development, execution, or oversight of data management policies, procedures, and operations. Performs actions relating to interfund billing. Incumbent also has knowledge of financial management, including G-Invoicing, Standard Line of Accounting (SLOA)/Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
