    Major Duties

    • Monitors and reviews the Order Fulfillment's Inventory Management Process Performance within the Enterprise Business System (EBS) using an Order Fulfillment job role.
    • Recommends Inventory Process-Specific Improvements within the EBS
    • Develops and provides end-user training to improve inventory processing and/or asset management accountability within the EBS in multiple supply chains using an Order Fulfillment job role.
    • Conducts investigation to resolve complex process issues with systemic or manual corrective action and cross process solutions (using an Order Fulfillment job role in EBS).
    • Conducts Functional Systems Analysis and investigation of root cause systemic issues within EBS using an Order Fulfillment job role.
    • Developing and presenting formal briefings to customers and/or higher level management.

    Qualification Summary

    To qualify for a Supply Systems Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics and end to end process performance data to ensure process compliance and identify process, system or training problems. Assist Enterprise Business System (EBS) end users by providing guidance for interpreting and applying enterprise-wide inventory processes and procedures. Conducts comprehensive reviews and provides advisory services regarding Order Fulfillment functional process. Completes independent analysis and investigation of specific Order Fulfillment process issues. Analyzes, develops, and evaluates complex functional system requirements for the Order Fulfillment functional area. Identifies the required system changes resulting from new processes, procedures, or policy requirements in the Order Fulfillment process area. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
