Accounting & Bookkeeping Manager
Company: Family Heart Foundation (via Kelaca)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Reports To: VP of Operations and CEO
Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt
Why This Role Exists
This role is mission-critical – in every sense.
Kelaca is partnering with Family Heart Foundation, dedicated to delivering life-changing care to communities. Their work is grounded in science, compassion, and equity, and none of it happens without financial clarity and trust. The Family Heart Foundation exists to break the silence around genetic lipid conditions like familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) and elevated Lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)], which often go undetected until it’s too late. These aren’t just medical conditions, they’re family legacies. And they can be changed.
As Accounting & Bookkeeping Manager, you’ll own the full accounting and HR operations life cycle. You’ll be responsible for core accounting operations, shaping best practices, and providing clear reporting that helps the executive team plan, comply, and grow.
