RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review resumes for qualified candidates, pre-screen, interview, and make offers
• Learn and follow basic employment laws and practices
• Assist candidate through the entire application procedure to ensure completion of documentation
• Extend offers of employment to potential employees (verbally) and document activity notes
• Ensure compliance with Form I-9 is met; instruct candidates on how to fill out the form and ensure delivery to HR
• Accountable for the implementation of Apollo’s policies/procedures (for all field staff)
• Network with industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and employees
• Actively recruit new hires for assigned projects
• Follow the designated payrate matrix and obtain management approval when an increase needs to be made
• Post all assigned projects on the in-house ATS system – post on free and paid media websites (with management approval)
• Ensure field staff adhere to strict dress code policies and understand duties and expectations before taking on a project
• Perform other duties as requested and/or assigned by management
