    Job Description Bold is looking to hire a Client Support Specialist. The successful candidate will maintain our service level to clients and find the right solutions to product support queries with patience and empathy in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities will be to adapt outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills and work independently, confidently, and persistently to provide solutions and satisfaction to our clients through enquires, phone calls, email, and online chat services.

    Responsibilities  Provide world-class service in handling and resolving clients inquiries and issues  Build solid relationships with client team members, work successfully under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and meet deadlines in an efficient and professional way  Create and maintain operative working relationships with clients and staff, exercise tact and support company and client confidentiality  Monitor the completion of escalated tickets, ensure they are completed on time and obtain clarification from technical staff on outstanding tickets  Maintain detailed reports of client service calls, including inquiry descriptions and resolutions

    Qualifications  High School diploma or degree;  Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in an office environment, customer service, IT, or support desk role  Ability to listen to and understand client issues and respond appropriately  Proven ability to listen, effectively understand a situation, carefully record key points in a conversation, seek solutions, and respond with clarity, even in challenging situations  Exceptionally high empathy  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential  Ability to sort through numerous tasks and prioritize, and ability to manage expectations for the remaining
