    Job Description This position will be responsible for onboarding new clients, supporting existing clients and maintaining client relationships. The on boarding process includes account set-up and system configuration, training and system roll-out. Our clients will rely on you to coordinate and manage all aspects of launching our product at all of their locations. Additionally, they will rely on your product knowledge and suggestions for best practices. After launching new clients, you will monitor accounts to ensure consistent usage and identify possible barriers to continued use of our product.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receive and resolve, within established guidelines, customer issues, questions and concerns.

    • Monitor, resolve, document, and prepare reports on all customer complaints, driver route sheets, and call-in sheets and all customer problems relating to operations and coordinate with sales.

    • Research and complete customer refunds and submit completed paper works for approval before being submitted to Accounts Receivable for payment.

    • Download, distribute, and answer all customer questions received via email.

    • Maintain a positive attitude, and promote the company image by focusing on employee partnership, cooperation, and positive telephone and email manners.

    • Make sure the customer service area is neat always and orderly and ensure proper greeting of all visitors.

    • Support marketing and sales efforts with industry events, exhibits, or other sales-based events when necessary.

    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma.
    • You understand the importance of treating clients fairly and have a track record of making an extra effort to make sure the customer feels valued.
    • Outstanding and proactive communication skills (listening, inquiring relevant information leading to efficient problem solving).
    • Showcase a professional and friendly manner when interacting with customers.
    • Ability to calmly respond to customers whatever the circumstances.
    • Ability to build rapport and develop a relationship with our customers.
    • Team skills (supporting other team members and providing answers to questions to other colleagues).
