Job Description
As Bold continues in our rapid growth, we are looking to hire to our Business Development team. Bold is hiring a Business Development Associate to create new business partnerships all across the United States. In this role, you will have tasks including, but not limited to, identifying key potential retailers, explaining key benefits to Instacart, creating relationships within the potential businesses, and formalizing partnerships.
Responsibilities Find, contact, and establish relationships with key retailers and their decision-makers. Negotiate and sign retailer partnerships. Establish a deep understanding of Bold business operations, including internal processes, competitive context, and functional group strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals on tight deadlines. Work with the Operations team to facilitate a seamless partnership transition from the sales process to onboarding. Engage, educate, collaborate, and problem-solve with external partners at all levels of the organization. Establish content, processes, and reporting to help accelerate team goals. Establish contact and conduct sales meetings with key decision-makers to convince them to partner with Bold.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. HubSpot and Agency experience a plus 1-3 years of experience in a similar services sales environment A passion for digital marketing and creative solutions Persuasive communication and active listening skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to perform well with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty Strong written and verbal communication skills and highly responsive. Knowledge of digital marketing and content marketing. This could include marketing strategy, digital advertising, video production, design, development, and more. Strong problem-solving skills
