Job Description
Service Account Assistant is a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative problem solver. You will support all our day-to-day activities, imagining new ways to improve relationships between the company and new customers. In this role, you will assume a wide variety of responsibilities, including sales management and communications.
Salary range: $45000 - $55000 per year.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications
Degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing or similar.
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Ability to handle a high volume, complex inquiries, and high-profile client base
Effective presentation and training skills required
Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills required
Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict, and use priority setting to accomplish goals required.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Strong learning agility, in order to quickly gain expertise on
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
