Job Description

Bold is looking to hire a Sales Associate. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about building relationships and providing excellent customer service that keeps customers and guests coming back. Responsibilities will be accurately recording all sales, assisting with merchandising and stocking responsibilities, pricing, keeping the store neat, clean, and organized; and will be responsible for clienteling. The Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager as designated.

Responsibilities  Arrive on time and floor ready  Maintain a healthy work environment  Assist and support after sales clients following our values.  Professional phone presence when calling clients  Consistently achieve and/or exceed the daily, monthly or yearly sales target, as directed by Bold.  Negotiate and handle objections with ease  High level of accountability and initiative  Provide productive response to the shop and/or store management  Respond well to feedback from thre management of Bold and follows  directives

Qualifications

 High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and sufficient work experience  1-2 years of retail experience  Previous experience in Business, Sales and/or Marketing  Strong English communication skills (Both written and verbal)  Ability to perform effective selling techniques to achieve a sale and repeat business  Basic computer skills  Physical requirements: lift/carry/move 40lbs. minimum including fixtures and product Ability to work a flexible schedule including overnights, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
