Job Description
We are looking to hire a Communications Assistant at the entry-level to handle brand representation, pr, and client relations to provide the utmost effective content and presentation on behalf of our client account(s). This is a full-time role, and we are looking for a candidate with full-time availability.
Responsibilities Provide product/service support to establish proper channels of information and communication. Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows, company events, and promotional collateral. Create various communication (press releases, videos, articles, news, speeches, etc.) to communicate initiatives and projects successfully to employees. Assist with the creation, formatting, and publishing of weekly newsletters Develops and edits advertising, print and digital collateral, social media, and email marketing content. Spearhead the creation of posts, maintaining the calendar, analyzing results, opening new channels, etc. Track the results of each action and work with our team to apply the key learnings in future actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising or similar. Have prior experience of at least 1 year in communication or have been part of a Corporate Communication or Public Relations team. A solid understanding of social media is required. Strong logical and analytical skills are needed to understand the process of governing editorial and visual assets. Proficient with basic office suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience in or enthusiasm for the Bold industry is a huge plus. Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
