    Revenue Leader

    Our client is a London-based AI scale up, who are now expanding their US presence. They are building AI-powered Digital Workers that automate high-stakes enterprise workflows. They are on a good path to product-market fit with logos like J&J, Cisco, and Coca-Cola, and are now preparing to scale aggressively. They are about to raise their Series B.

    They are looking for a revenue leader who has personally scaled a B2B company from ~$5M ARR to $20M+ ARR in under 2 years. This is a player-coach role: you'll carry a quota, close enterprise deals, and build out the sales and value engineering function to support US expansion.

    The Mission of the Role

    Own revenue growth from ~$5M ARR to $20M+ ARR. Build and lead a high-performing sales team while personally closing strategic enterprise deals. Establish the company as a category leader in the US market.

    What You'll Do

    • Own the full sales number: pipeline generation, deal progression, and closed-won revenue
    • Personally close 6-, 7- and 8-figure enterprise deals
    • Build, coach, and lead a sales team (AEs, VEs) as the company scales
    • Develop and execute the US go-to-market strategy
    • Partner with CEO and leadership on pricing, packaging, and market positioning
    • Build repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting rigour
    • Travel to the US regularly (1-2 weeks/month minimum) or relocate

    Must-Have Criteria

    • Proven track record scaling a B2B company from ~$5M → $20M+ ARR in <2 years
    • Experience selling complex, AI products to enterprise buyers
    • Player-coach mentality: willing to carry a quota AND build a team
    • Strong executive presence - comfortable selling to C-suite
    • Experience selling to commercial pharma suuccesfully
    • Experience building sales teams and processes from scratch or early stage
    • Willingness to travel extensively to the US or relocate
    • Series B / growth-stage experience preferred

    Preferred (Not Required)

    • Existing relationships with US enterprise buyers in target vertical (pharma)
    • Experience with land-and-expand / usage-based pricing models
    • US citizen or green card holder (simplifies travel/relocation)

    What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

    • Revenue scaled from ~$5M to $15M+ ARR
    • Sales team of 4-8 hired and performing
    • Value Engineering team hired and performing. Proven multiple 7/8 digit expansions.
    • Repeatable lead generation
    • Repeatable enterprise sales motion established

    Clear path to $45M+ ARR in year 2
