    We support multiple hiring models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire) and can deploy embedded or customized recruitment solutions when growth or expansion calls for it.

    Position Overview:

    We’re looking for a Client Advisor who thrives on building relationships, breaking down doors, and redefining what partnership means. You’ll be the face and voice of Kelaca to new and existing client partners, working side-by-side with them as an extension of their leadership teams. Your mission? Help clients secure top-tier talent, hit their growth goals, and elevate their teams.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Develop new client partnerships and territories, driving sales of Kelaca’s service offerings.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients align their hiring strategy with their business objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with Talent Advisors, ensuring active requisitions and client needs are managed smoothly and successfully.
    • Grow existing accounts by deepening relationships and expanding Kelaca’s service footprint.
    • Manage a pipeline of leads, consistently nurturing and converting prospects.
    • Spend quality time with clients—whether that’s in the field, on-site, or virtually–understanding their challenges and guide solutions.
    • Partner internally with Kelaca's talent team to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and placements.

    What You Bring:

    • Proven success in sales, business development, or account management—bonus points if you come from recruiting but not required.
    • Strong connection-building skills and the ability to earn trust quickly.
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with natural organization and time management habits.
    • A team-first mindset—you care about the collective win, not just your own.
    • Grit, drive, and a work ethic that’s second to none. You do what it takes, the right way.
