  • Responsibilities

    High-Level Executive Assistant needed to provide administrative, operational and marketing support to the principal agents and top-ranking Real Estate Team in the Raleigh area. With the help of this individual, the agents will be able to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond to help the team grow and expand their business - just like other members of this team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate or Project Management; however, this is not a requirement. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere along with managing end-to-end business operations, and overseeing all core social, marketing and real estate activities. You are highly presentable, have impeccable follow through and have exceptional communication skills, specifically verbal and written etiquette. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy “to-do lists”. The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team. Compensation: • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend Benefits • Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period Responsibilities: • Collaborate with principal agents on customer outreach, including CMAs and investor research. • Coordinate property showings and prepare listing details. • Act as a liaison to brainstorm and implement marketing campaigns. • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including "just listed" and "just sold" promotions. • Provide on-demand assistance to clients, including weekends, and draft offers during agent travel. • Engage in sales activities, including lead follow-ups, networking, and upselling. • Conduct regular client check-ins, share market insights, and seek referrals. • Assist with office tasks, event coordination, and customer document management. • Support the owner in business and personal matters. • Maintain database systems and ensure timely execution of marketing programs. • Manage phone calls, inquiries, and provide proactive customer service. • Schedule meetings, track expenses, and create effective budgets. • Produce financial reports, presentations, and briefs. • Hold weekly accountability reviews and assist clients for an exceptional experience. • Manage day-to-day office operations and lead management. • Market listings, business, and team through various channels, including social media. • Assist clients through the closing process and eventually contribute to hiring, training, and accountability of team members. • Embrace checklists, to-do lists, and paperwork with enthusiasm. Qualifications: • Possesses a proactive attitude: We are seeking an Executive Assistant who proactively seeks opportunities to support the team and the business by consistently asking, "How else can I assist?" • Outstanding organization • Strong attention to detail • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly • Proficiency with Google suite of products (docs, sheets, slides) • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Discretion and confidentiality • Customer service focus • Real Estate Assistant or Transaction Coordinator experience preferred but not essential • College degree and social media experience preferred • Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and working vehicle • Comfortable handling strong personalities and resolving time-sensitive issues • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to to free their agents up to sell. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
