  • Responsibilities

    The Administrative Assistant will provide all administrative support that ensures efficient, high quality, and timely office operations. The Assistant will support Directors and Agents through various tasks such as real estate transaction management, marketing materials, lead generation, clerical support, and management of team calendars and schedules  The Assistant will be responsible for managing confidential, time-sensitive material, and effectively communicate with clients, agents, team members, and office employees on the phone, via email, and text messaging. The Assistant must make sure all duties are completed in high quality and timely manner. Responsibilities: • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. • Maintain contact lists. • Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems. • Order office supplies. • Submit and reconcile expense reports. • Answer client and team member questions and requests. • Take accurate dictation and notes during team meetings, buyer consultations, client meetings, etc. • Administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. • Book conference calls, rooms, etc for team meetings, client appointments, etc. • Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries. • Receive, sort, and distribute the mail. • Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other team members. Qualifications: • Proven Administrative or Assistant experience. • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. • Excellent time management skills • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize work. • Excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational planning skills with great attention to detail. • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite. • At least two years of experience in Real Estate or in a related area. • MLS Experience preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent; A College degree is preferred. • Real Estate licensed preferred. Compensation: $50,000 yearly
