    The Real Estate Team Assistant is responsible for all levels of support to and for the agents of a Brooklyn-focused real estate team at Compass. They will help implement, maintain, and continually improve systems and processes while representing the team and its values with clients and in the community. Responsibilities: • Assist with all aspects of transaction management (e.g. electronic and paper document creation and management, listing creation and management, calendar/deadline management, workflow communication) • Assist with client management (e.g. client information management in CRM, client outreach calendar management, CRM analysis) • Assist with team management (e.g. scheduling and maintaining meeting schedules, deadline management, and travel arrangements) • Coordinating and preparing for showings (including open houses) and collecting feedback • Managing supplies, preparing, and distributing marketing materials • Generating internal and client-facing reports • Greeting clients in-office, answering the telephone, and conducting follow-up calls • Model our team values of responsibility, transparency, and graciousness in daily activities • Prospect for the team while out in the community • Performing other assigned duties Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED; college education preferred • Applicants must complete and submit a DISC profile survey • Beneficial to have previous experience in the real estate industry; active real estate license or willingness to obtain one in 30-60 days; does not aspire to sell • Exude confident communication skills, both verbal (e.g. in-person, phone, Zoom) and written (e.g. email, text), including for the gathering of needs requirements and updating the team and/or clients on the status of projects • Adept at basic technology; Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and PDF editing software; Familiar with cloud storage (e.g. Dropbox and/or Google Drive) and e-sign software (e.g. Docusign); knowledgeable about social media such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • Self-motivated, conscientious, and steady • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction and good judgment • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities • Keen attention to detail Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
