    Kelaca is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor for our client partner in Fort Worth, Texas.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead with Presence: Be the go-to leader who’s always approachable, punctual, and ready to guide your team. You’ll coach and empower team members, fostering their growth through continuous learning and professional development.
    • Inspire & Develop: Conduct development sessions. Monthly one-on-one sessions and weekly quality reviews to provide constructive feedback, track performance trends, and help your team shine. You’ll prioritize tasks, adapt to changing needs, and handle escalation calls with confidence.
    • Drive Improvement: Keep an eye on team performance, suggest process enhancements, and ensure everyone stays on track with availability. You’ll partner with managers to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
    • Support & Solve: Be the problem-solver your team relies on! Assist with account and system issues, ensuring representatives are confident with all processes, both new and existing.

    Note: Responsibilities may evolve to meet the needs of our growing team.

    Skills and Experience:

    We’re searching for someone who’s enthusiastic, professional, and ready to make a difference. Here’s what they’d love to see in you:

    • Experience That Sets You Apart: 12 months of supervisory/leadership experience from previous companies.
    • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is a big plus!
    • Call Center Savvy: Experience in inbound/outbound call centers or related customer service roles.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating systems, the internet, and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
    • Trustworthy & Professional: You maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with a professional yet approachable demeanor.
    • Problem-Solver: You thrive on resolving challenges, even when things get complex.

    Job Type: Full-time (Hourly)

    Hours of Work: Monday-Friday; 9am-5pm (Potential OT)

    FLSA Exemption Status: Exempt
