    Enterprise Sales - Life Sciences

     

    About the Company

    Our client is a London HQ’d AI scale up, who are expanding their US presence.

    They are building AI-powered Digital Workers that automate high-stakes enterprise workflows in life sciences. They have strong logos including J&J, Syneos, and Parexel, and are on track to close their Series B shortly.

    80%+ of their GTM focus is life sciences. 50% of current ARR is in life sciences and they are doubling down. Their advisory board includes the ex-CDIO of Novo Nordisk, ex-CIO of Parexel, and ex-Chief Commercial Officer of Moderna.

    They are hiring 3-5 enterprise closers to drive revenue growth. This is an IC role with a fast-track path to lead the Life Sciences division or to CRO across all industries.

    The Opportunity

    This is an individual contributor role focused on closing enterprise deals in life sciences. You will work with warm leads generated through the company's advisor network, conference presence, and inbound interest. The best performer will have a fast-track opportunity to lead either the Life Sciences division or the entire GTM function as CRO (including marketing and customer success).

    What You'll Do

    Close enterprise deals with pharma and life sciences companies, selling AI-powered Digital Workers that automate commercial operations including territory planning, HCP targeting, and campaign optimisation.

    Work top-down leads from advisors, conferences (including Davos, JP Morgan Healthcare), and strategic introductions. Leverage your existing network and relationships in pharma commercial to generate and progress opportunities.

    Partner with the value engineering team on complex enterprise deals, building business cases and ROI models for C-suite buyers. Navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across commercial, IT, and procurement.

    Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with pharma commercial leaders. Contribute to the sales playbook and help define the go-to-market motion as the company scales.

    Must-Have Criteria

    Proven track record closing $1.5M+ in new business annually for the last 3 years. Experience selling consulting, AI, or complex solutions into pharma commercial teams (CCO, VP Commercial, VP Sales, Market Access, Commercial Excellence). Strong network and relationships in life sciences that you can activate for warm introductions. Comfortable working top-down leads and leveraging advisor networks rather than pure cold outreach. Executive presence and credibility with C-suite buyers.

    Ideal Background

    Sales or business development roles at pharma commercial consultancies (launch excellence, sales force effectiveness, market access, commercial analytics) or AI/analytics companies selling into pharma commercial teams.

    What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

    Closed significant enterprise revenue in life sciences. Built strong relationships with pharma commercial leaders. Established yourself as a top performer with a clear path to leadership.

    Compensation

    Competitive and uncapped. 50/50 base to variable split. No salary cap for the right candidate.

    Location

    Remote (US). The sales team are currently in various locations across the US. The company is considering opening an East Coast office.
