    Kelaca is looking for an HR Process Analyst for our client partner in Phoenix, AZ. The HR Process Analyst is a hybrid role and supports the assessment and development of processes, identifies areas for continuous improvement, and develops documentation in support of current processes. This position analyses performance data to provide metrics and reporting from various systems to leadership. 

    You must be able to come into the Phoenix office two days per week.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • In collaboration with subject matter experts, analyzes, identifies, and recommends improvements or enhancements to optimize processes and data. Develops process-related documentation, including process workflows, job aids, and internal procedures.
    • Interacts and collaborates across HR disciplines to gather information, performs analysis, and makes recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
    • Analyzes metrics data – trending, response time, quality, integrity articles visited, etc. – to create monthly and quarterly presentations for leadership. Reviews data/trends and makes recommendations and proposals to manager on opportunities for improvement.
    • Assists with the review of processes transitioning to the HR Service Center (HRSC), including leading meetings with HR Center of Excellence teams, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and creating department specific documentation.
    • Maintains and drafts HRSC Knowledge Base Articles (KBA) within Service Now. Reviews data/trends to identify opportunities to enhance KBAs. Partners with responsible HRSC authors to update, edit and approve existing and new KBAs.
    • Team member on process improvement projects. May lead process focused meetings within the project workstream.
    • Performs user acceptance testing (UAT) on new system enhancements, updates, upgrades, and bug fixes.
    • As systems enhancements and upgrades effect processes, identifies documentation that requires updates and ensures team members are trained and fully knowledgeable of changes that impact them.
    • Assists HR Metrics & Reporting Manager in their job functions.

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience desired
    • 5 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a client centric HR organization
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Experience or strong interest in process improvement
    • Prior experience in a service center a plus
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across all teams and departments

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
    • Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite, especially Excel
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow (or similar HR service delivery platform)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Hours of Work: Monday–Friday; 8am–5pm

    FLSA Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
