    SUMMARY – The Account Manager assists external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software and solutions. This role is also responsible for setting the direction and policy on how ILG’s customer facing web applications are used by the Design Studios at ILG. This is done by establishing best practices and advising necessary teams both external and internal of the needs to ILG Design Studios and Option Management team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analyze, manage and format Design Studio options in preparation for the implementation of an Online Design Studio.
    • Coordinate with internal and external team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadline and schedules.
    • Produce, maintain and distribute best practice documentation for Design Studio Users of ILG’s customer facing web applications.
    • Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
    • Stays abreast of new applications and features available in ILG’s customer facing web applications and coordinate their direction and delivery schedules.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third party vendor & Builder clients.
    • Establish best practice and documentation that supports the release of new features and new configurations of ILG’s customer facing web applications to Design and Sales teams.
    • Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process this includes but is not limited to system rollouts, new feature release events and new hires. Travel Required.
    • Track deliverables.
    • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
    • Manage customer satisfaction within project transition period.

    SKILL REQUIREMENTS: - The position involves a strong understanding of the following:

    • Self-Management and Process Documentation experience
    • Strong Organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
    • Strong communication and training skills
    • Understanding and experience working with Design Studio options
    • Travel required

    EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1-2 year experience working the Home Builder Industry.
    • Builder Purchasing experience a plus
    • 2 years of training experience.
    • Microsoft Office- Word, Excel & Powerpoint
