    Kelaca is looking for a Program Manager, Major Account for our client partner for a remote position. They are seeking a Program Manager to handle all aspects of Operations Management for a major partner account which resells The Company’s services. This person will be the vital contact between The Company and the customer, and will oversee and coordinate all day-to-day activities between the companies, engaging with management, IT & engineering, customer service and other personnel from both companies to ensure that all timelines and goals are met.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for defining the overall operations strategy for the partner account, executing this strategy and then managing operations with the customer once implemented.
    • This will include;
      • Working with Executive Management to define goals and objectives
      • Coordinating all technical resources to define and maintain timelines for execution,
      • Communicating all operations activities and results between the two companies
      • Seeking opportunities for improving operations in any area.
    • The ultimate goal for this individual is to ensure high satisfaction for operations with the partner account, which will encourage growth for both the partner and The Company.

    Skills and Experience:

    This person must possess a strong working knowledge of telecommunications, and have experience with NG9-1-1 and the Emergency Services sector, project management, program management, vendor management and customer communications.

    • 10+ years of project/program leadership experience with a diverse work history including project management, customer service, business development, new product launches, operations, and managing teams for organizational success. IP Telephony, SIP and/or Telecom engineering experience a plus.
    • 5+ years customer management experience, experience in fast growing, innovative companies a plus
    • Proven record of establishing operating strategies, building teams and scaling operations to match strong business growth
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and numerous business initiatives simultaneously
    • Polished communication skills, including the ability to use typical MS Office software to create presentations and documents
    • High level of professionalism, passion, ethics, leadership and commitment to success

    Bachelor’s Degree in business management, engineering or related discipline required, Master’s Degree a plus

    Additional Information:

    • There are currently no employees reporting directly to the Program Manager. However, it is envisioned that as the partner account grows, additional personnel will be needed to support the account. It will be the Program Manager’s job to hire and manage these personnel as this occurs.
    • Normal office conditions in a remote office location apply, with occasional travel to customer and vendor locations and to periodic company meetings. The employee is expected to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Location is flexible, either from home or a satellite office. In either case, the person will work remotely in a collaborative environment utilizing telephone, teleconferencing, email and text, and incorporating the use of various technology tools to facilitate teamwork in a distributed work environment.

    Hours: M-F, 8-5

    FLSA Exemption Status: Exempt
