Kelaca is looking for a Relationship Banking Manager for our client partner in Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calls on customers and prospects to determine the scope of the potential relationship opportunities and alignment with the Bank’s core values and strategic vision.
• Actively engages in business development and civic initiatives with contacts throughout the community, include customers and prospective customers, to achieve defined goals.
• Originates and executes sound and profitable consumer credit requests in accordance with bank policy, as well as compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicates objectives and tactics that add value toward the strategic vision of the Bank to employees.
• Provides leadership for the daily operations of the office.
• Ensures that office security and risk mitigation practices are followed.
• Performs risk reviews for Deposit Scan and ACH.
• Responsible for the oversight of overage and shortages.
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly office audits.
• Responsible for the completion of fraud prevention inquiries and daily monitoring of reports and emails.
• Dispenses advice, guidance, direction, training, and authorization to employees.
• Reviews, monitors, and prepares and/or distributes assigned reports.
• Performs the responsibilities of subordinate employees as required.

Skills and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years progressively more responsible experience within a banking organization to include business development.
• Possess and maintain eligibility for NMLS registration.
• A proven track record of sound consumer credit underwriting skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking regulations.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Hours of Work in Office: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
