Kelaca is looking for a Hi-Fi Audio Sales and Tech Support Associate for our client partner in Cary, North Carolina. As a crucial member of their team, you'll provide expert guidance, technical support, and exceptional customer service to individuals passionate about high-fidelity audio technology. • Tech Support Hotline: Offer remote technical support to customers, maintaining detailed records of interactions.

• Customer Service: Address inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Contribute to visual merchandising efforts and maintain a clean store environment.

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a related degree is advantageous.
• Passion and knowledge of hi-fi audio equipment and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience preferred; technical proficiency required.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to lift audio equipment.
