Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Working closely with the sales team to assist in the assembly of presentations, samples, pricing, new item catalogs and updating Salsify database. * Influencer mailer execution - Execute PR package assembly and shipping (Assisting agency) * Social media scouting - Assist with screening/ selecting new talent to feature on BR social/web * Content composition - Assist creative team with component stylizing and selecting feature product and swatches * Social prop sourcing - Assist social team with sourcing props for influencers/ product features * Social Giveaway planning - Assist social team with bi-monthly product giveaways * Digital file transfer - Assist social team with composing drop box folders and gathering assets for external partners * Social correspondence - Assist social team with managing all social media direct mailboxes / Outlook * Sample catalog - Maintain/ further develop brand sample collection for easy pulling * Brand Tutorial Screening - Assist social and creative tram with screening editor submissions * Social Asset Filing - Assist social team with coordinating all files from influencers/ editors Skills and Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills * Organized and detail oriented * Must be able to work well individually and with a team * Actively uses social media in personal time and has familiarity with how Facebook, Instagram ,Twitter and Snapchat are used. * Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field * Experience in content creation for websites, blogs, and social media is a plus.
