Job Description
The Supervising Producer is a production specialist responsible for the successful delivery of production for a specific track of work associated with a marketing campaign initiative or client project. The Supervising Producer will work with both in-house and 3rd party vendors to ensure all deliverables are produced on-time, on-budget, and are of the highest quality. The Supervising Producer will work with a Project Manager to provide support on the delivery of a specific track within a larger program. The Producer is responsible for adhering to Razorfish’s standards, in terms of risk (flagging to legal and business affairs). The producer is also responsible for checking the creative and production brief with the Risk Assessment team but also the Diversity & Inclusion team.
The Supervising Producer will be expected to provide the Project Manager with the inputs they need to properly manage the overall program as it relates to the production deliverables that he/she is responsible for. The Supervising Producer should have built a wide range of contacts both internally and externally and should know how to get ballparks and be able to speak confidently in meetings on rough pricing, and effort required to complete work.

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $117,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
