    Job Description

    OUR HIGH VOLUME CALL CENTER IN CONCORD IS SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL CENTER ROLE!

    LOCATION: Concord, CA COMPENSATION: $17 - $18/hr. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ability to review and discern appropriate actions based on video footage
    • Ability to watch multiple videos/monitors simultaneously
    • Initiate outbound calls to customers, police agencies and emergency contacts
    • Handle and bring to resolution, inquiries from customers and police regarding dispatch
    • Schedule and route service tickets
    • Deal with customer calls in regards to repairs
    • Ensure technicians are on time in their routes
    • Call customer to reschedule appointments
    • Assist callers with questions regarding service, billing, dispatch, or account information
    • Perform problem-solving skills and pulling out a calculator to help explain bills and numbers to customer
    • Perform various account file maintenance actions

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to follow directives and specific procedures
    • Answer and follow-up on alarm signals
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Provide basic support to all customers
    • High Volume Customer Service Skills
    • Answer telephone calls in a timely manner
    • Protect confidential customer information
    • Provide Technical support & Troubleshooting

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Call Center experience (preferred)
    • Surveillance experience (preferred)
    • MS Excel (preferred)
