Job Description The Opportunity Summer interns add real value to Pluralsight through data-driven insights and recommendations on key business challenges. This summer intern role will support operational and strategic initiatives across the business as defined by the CEO and the Chief of Staff. Who you are: * Result oriented problem solver who lives our values * MBA candidate at a top-ranked business school * Skilled teammate who can work cross-functionally and without direct authority to deliver sustained results * Experience solving analytical business problems using data * Ability to problem solve independently and prioritize work based on anticipated business value * Effective communication skills with technical team members as well as functions across the business. * Able to distill complex ideas into straightforward language. What youll own: * Deliver on CEO initiatives and priorities * Lead a specific project within the Office of the CEO, which could include: * Develop our international expansion playbook * Define root cause and solutions to improve retention rateso * Create go-to-market playbook to drive growth in enterprise segment * Define, measure and implement CEO-level KPIs into operating rhythm of the business * Prepare strategic insights and materials for executive team offsite, weekly leadership team meetings, and investor conversations * Present findings and recommendation to the CEO and executive team * Develop zero-defect analyses in Excel and summary insights in PowerPoint

• Communicate insights, storylines and recommendations clearly through a variety of mediums (verbal, slide, email, etc) * Bring your creativity and ideas to evolve how Pluralsight does business Experience youll need:
• Fluency with PowerPoint and Excel and in building a robust storyline and recommendation * Experience in management consulting, financial services, or tech strategy and operations * Experience with Python or SQL is a plus Additional Information Be Yourself.
