    Job Description

    Pluralsight is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented marketer with a strong background of organizational and operational skills to join our North America Field Marketing Specialist team. As a positive contributor to the marketing organization, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of national demand plans, including in-person events and related programs.  Reporting to the North America Field Marketing Operations Manager, you will partner with our Field Marketing leaders to determine priorities that help generate awareness and demand. The right candidate will support program planning, logistics, execution and field coordination surrounding our growing enterprise, commercial, and government business. This individual will own multiple tasks simultaneously and be expected to deliver high-quality results on a consistent basis.

    WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of go-to-market field events planning and execution.
    • Research, recommend and support regional/local marketing plans that include but are not limited to field events, community events, industry events, and tradeshows.
    • Help track, measure and report on pipeline metrics across field marketing programs.
    • Proactively monitor, review, and report on all assigned activities to the N. America Field Marketing Operations Manager
    • Order and manage onsite inventory of promotional items, tradeshow materials, signage and printed collateral.
    • Own external vendor relationships and venue researching/booking process.
    • Help manage the regional field budget and purchasing/procurement process.
    • Represent Pluralsight at events, corporate tradeshows, and other activities as needed.
    • Develop and maintain a social media voice on behalf of Pluralsight in key markets to target audiences to help drive interest and awareness.
    • Establish relationships with regional tech and industry associations, CXO communities and executive networks.

    EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

    • BS/BA Degree (business, marketing, or equivalent) is required.
    • 3+ years in a Marketing or Events role with proven track record of executing and/or supporting successful marketing campaigns.
    • Events marketing experience in B2B enterprise software; SaaS/on-demand software a plus.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (Splash, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Marketo or similar) a plus.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
    • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors.
    • Strong process-orientation and exceptional problem-solving skills.
    • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.  
    • Willingness to travel up to 25-30% throughout North America and Canada.
    • This position is an entry-level marketing role based in the Pluralsight Boston office.
