    Job Description

    As Pluralsight’s Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for managing programs and channels to acquire new B2B leads that result in pipeline for the Pluralsight sales teams. You will partner closely with the nurture and content teams to develop a plan to grow pipeline in each target segment and report on the results of the programs. This is a key position on our B2B demand team.

    WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

    • Generate qualified business leads for the sales organization through a variety of channels like Content Syndication, List Rentals, and 3rd Party Webinars, etc.
    • Build long-term relationships and negotiate contracts with vendors
    • Consistently test and optimize programs by channel, partner, and content for each geo and segment
    • Partner with the content creation team to develop, test, and report in performance of new content
    • Work closely with nurture and marketing ops team to ensure a consistent flow of leads into nurture programs
    • Work with Sales, Marketing and Finance to establish healthy program goals and KPIs
    • Closely monitor and report performance metrics and develop dashboards to communicate key metrics and results to leadership
    • Leverage marketing and sales analytics to measure costs, ROI, pipeline generation, and revenue attribution, in addition to identifying and prioritizing campaign investments

    EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

    • 3+ years of experience in demand generation for a B2B company
    • Previous experience in enterprise software marketing is a plus
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate well with others
    • Data-driven & extremely organized
    • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
    • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field required
