are looking for a strategic, totally on top of it executive assistant
who will support his office and bring speed to the business through
their seamless handling of our Chief of Staff and CEO’s work. Below is

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Administrative support (complex calendaring/scheduling, travel
arrangements, coordination of events or meetings, develop
itineraries and agendas, booking transportation, agreements are
upheld, follow up, finances, budgets, logistics, lunch,
administrative projects, etc.)
- Special Assignments (manage special assignments which may involve
reporting, creating objectives, determine priorities, managing time,
engaging the team, setting outcomes, etc.)
WHAT WE'D LIKE TO SEE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience being an EA to a CEO or other high-level executive in a
high-growth tech environment
- A partner fully aware of the structure of Pluralsight’s Office of
the CEO and how it is organized
