    Job Description

    Rauxa seeks a Paid Search Analyst for our growing Media team!  Our paid search analyst supports the search business lead through activation duties, including planning, implementation and optimization of search campaigns.

    We’re known for our “Head. Heart. Hustle” mentality and in search of an intern who wants to bring their ideas, passion and energy within an agency that celebrates A-list talent and a diverse client base. 

    Our teams bring a sensibility about what makes people make decisions and take action, a penchant for data and research to fill the gaps of what you don’t know, an organized nature to keep details straight across multiple projects at once, and a curiosity to think about how to make things work better.

    We will consider candidates for our Irvine, CA, Santa Monica, CA, or New York, NY offices.

    This is a freelance, temporary position.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

    • Be responsible for day-to-day campaign management, budgets and optimizations in support of client goals and in partnership with our search and media leads
    • Manage day to day communication with internal teams and platforms when needed search including: best practices, presentation decks and assisting with strategy plans   
    • Daily engagement within search platforms to pull reporting, assess campaign analytics and monitor trends within Google AdWords, SA360 and Bing as well as third-party tools
    • Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based off findings
    • Support in copywriting or keyword expansion

    WHO YOU ARE:   

    • You’re eager to learn and driven by curiosity 
    • You have 1-2 years of paid search planning and buying experience in an agency environment
    • You have proven PPC/CPC and paid social skills, optimization techniques, and bid management experience and are experienced with Paid Search platforms
    • You are a self-starter who will proactively uncover opportunity to support the team, even if you weren’t expressly asked to do it
    • You look forward to sharing your work progress and aren’t afraid to ask for help or share concerns with your manager or those you’re with whom you’re working
    • You have the ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
    • Basic knowledge of conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting through with Google Tag Manager and 3rd party tracking tools like Kochava a plus!
