Job Description We're looking for a motivated and passionate Business Analyst to support our Site Reliability Group for a marquee retail client. This individual will have a high attention to detail and a professional, methodical and technical approach to the support of software in a cloud architecture. The ideal candidate has experience analyzing multi-regional processes to support scalable and maintainable cloud computing environments.
Successful candidates will collaborate with engineering teams to support the delivery of our products to multiple cloud providers. Some of your responsibilities will include analysis of fulfillment processes requirements and order report management.
This team will focus on maintaining a consistent track record of site uptime and best practices in site stability. Your primary charge is to drive a high percentage of order delivery. To that end you will also optimize work effort and communicate risk to key stack holders. Working closely with project managers and technical leaders, you will strive to ensure a cohesive and streamlined order management process.
