    Job Description We're looking for a motivated and passionate Business Analyst to support our Site Reliability Group for a marquee retail client. This individual will have a high attention to detail and a professional, methodical and technical approach to the support of software in a cloud architecture. The ideal candidate has experience analyzing multi-regional processes to support scalable and maintainable cloud computing environments.

    Successful candidates will collaborate with engineering teams to support the delivery of our products to multiple cloud providers. Some of your responsibilities will include analysis of fulfillment processes requirements and order report management.

    This team will focus on maintaining a consistent track record of site uptime and best practices in site stability. Your primary charge is to drive a high percentage of order delivery. To that end you will also optimize work effort and communicate risk to key stack holders. Working closely with project managers and technical leaders, you will strive to ensure a cohesive and streamlined order management process.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Analyze and prioritize work for multi-regional order fulfillment workflow with daily order volumes > 1k
    • Own communication with factory and customer service stakeholders
    • Coordinate communication for between business, product and technical teams
    • Coordinate research to validate order workflows and potential issues
    • Analyze and advocate for process improvements to ensure or enhance order fulfillment
    • Own report creation, maintenance and enhancement
    • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
    • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
    • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

    Qualifications WHO YOU ARE:

    • BA degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, a related field or relevant professional experience
    • 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in support of eCommerce or Retail operations
    • 2+ years of experience in large and complex systems with multiple stakeholders
    • Experience with data visualization tools
    • Knowledge and experience in SQL query languages
    • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
    • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
    • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
    • BONUS POINTS FOR
      • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Stash, Confluence)
      • Ninja Spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
      • Comfortable working with multiple teams, in-house and remote
      • Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
      • Comfortable presenting and briefing leadership at all level
      • Able to communicate technical or complex subject matter in business terms.
