Job Description
Rauxa is looking for a Data Manager professional with digital and web analytics expertise to join our team! The Manager, Data Intelligence is responsible for guiding and supporting all facets of web analytics projects. As a key member of the Data Intelligence team, this includes preparing and executing analytic strategies, measurement and reporting for digital marketing campaigns, and making proactive recommendations that drive the key performance goals of our clients. This role can be based in our Irvine, San Francisco, NYC, or Seattle locations or remotely from Oregon, Illinois, Texas or Georgia.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Accurately and effectively estimate level of effort for analytics projects
- Conduct web analytics audits and assessments for client web properties
- Collaborate with Experience Design and Creative teams to drive insights for and support data-driven web design
- Guide internal and external clients on measurement strategy and tagging, reporting, technology, and implementation
- Work independently and/or collaborate with team members to develop measurement plans, tagging strategies, report configuration, and conduct ongoing web analytics administration
- Develop, participate, and present analyses, POVs, reporting results, insights, and recommendations
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and recommend new web analytics, testing, tag management, reporting, and other relevant tools and applications
- Prepare analysis and tracking of marketplace, technology, and consumer trends both within and across multiple industries
- Define third-party media tagging strategies and solutions
- Ensures consistent, relevant and actionable KPIs are used to optimize and influence strategic media decisions
- Manages, trains and provides on-going leadership and mentorship to Data Analysts
